Millions of people struggle with mental health

Have you been…

Avoiding your symptoms perpetuates them; Confronting your symptoms extinguishes them.

I can help you overcome your mental health challenges.

I realized early in my career that the insight-oriented approaches championed by Sigmund Freud and others were grueling, expensive, and ineffective; whereas encouraging people to confront their fears and anxieties was a straightforward, much quicker, and more effective approach.

Now I am on a mission to introduce this sensible, powerful, scientifically based self-help treatment to the millions who struggle with anxiety, depression, and other common psychological problems, including Panic Attacks, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and more.

Anxiety

Anxiety is a symptom of an emotional problem just as pain is a symptom of a physical problem.

Depression

Depression is often accompanied by anger. It is best to separate the two and treat each independently. Treating them simultaneously is often not effective.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

Exposure therapy will, to a significant extent, relieve the anxiety and the compulsive behavior associated with this disorder. But to completely resolve this disorder and achieve mastery, it is important to undo the relationship that sufferers usually have with the disorder itself.

Panic Disorder

Panic Disorder is really two disorders: the panic attacks themselves, and the fear of having another panic attack, each of which need to be treated independetly.
